Job Description
River City Solutions is seeking an Entry Level Management Assistant who is passionate about helping our customers get the best value for their needs. The full-time Entry Level Management Assistant will manage customer support for premium Verizon Fios packages and ultra-reliable 5G wireless plans. As an Entry Level Management Assistant, you'll join a program dedicated to mastering Verizon services through interactive sales sessions. The Entry Level Management Assistant will then engage with our customers in Richmond, have meaningful sales conversations about their current setups, and show them how Verizon Fios and 5G wireless offer a superior alternative. Core Functions of the Entry Level Management Assistant Support customer support management and enrollments in person by building rapport with customers and recommending suitable Verizon solutions. Grow enrollments by understanding customer needs and guiding them toward upgraded Verizon Fios internet and mobile plans. Provide attentive service to assigned customers while identifying chances to increase enrollments of Verizon services. Manage customer support inquiries with care by offering clear recommendations that improve connectivity and customer satisfaction. Contribute to revenue growth by nurturing relationships and successfully expanding Verizon Fios and 5G usage. Develop foundational skills by combining relationship building with effective customer support management.
