BELLINGHAM, WA Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support both our Traffic and Sales Departments in a fast-paced radio broadcasting environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate scheduling of commercial inventory, maintaining client records, supporting sales initiatives, and providing administrative assistance to department staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Traffic Department Support Assist with entering and maintaining commercial orders in traffic software. Verify commercial schedules and ensure accuracy of advertiser placements. Coordinate with programming, production, and sales teams to resolve scheduling issues. Generate and distribute traffic reports as needed. Maintain organized records of contracts, affidavits, and broadcast logs. Sales Department Support Enter and update customer information in sales systems. Process contracts, orders, and sales documentation. Track sales activity and assist with generating reports and spreadsheets. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Previous administrative or office support experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience with radio traffic software, CRM systems, or media sales support is a plus but not required.
