Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Crawlspace Project Sales professional to lead the growth of our specialized home improvement services. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, presenting tailored crawlspace solutions, and driving project sales from initial consultation through closing. Your technical expertise combined with your sales acumen will help homeowners understand the importance of crawlspace maintenance and encourage them to invest in our comprehensive services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical knowledge with dynamic sales strategies to make a tangible difference in homeowners' lives. Duties Crawling in multiple crawlspaces every day. Working in confined spaces independently. Conduct pre-sales consultations by assessing customer needs and explaining the benefits of crawlspace repair, insulation, moisture control, and encapsulation solutions. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase service value and build customer confidence. Develop customized proposals and project estimates that align with client requirements and budget considerations. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with project management teams to coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for successful project execution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM tools. Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors' offerings to continuously improve sales strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within home improvement, construction, or related industries. Strong understanding of computer software navigation and online CRM. Familiarity with product demos and technical presentations that clearly communicate complex solutions to diverse audiences. Excellent analysis skills to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate crawlspace solutions effectively. Demonstrated ability in project management—organizing multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills with a passion for technical sales and customer service excellence.
