We're looking for driven professionals with 3+ years of experience . A bachelor's degree is helpful but not required — what matters most is your skill, initiative, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, professional environment. Responsibilities Manage daily bid requests, including preparation, coordination, and tracking Review project documentation such as specifications, MEP plans, architectural drawings, and addenda Communicate directly with clients including general contractors, mechanical contractors, and end users Conduct job walks with MCs, GCs, and electrical subcontractors Generate RFIs related to bid requirements Perform complete system takeoffs using project documents, I/O counts, and equipment schedules Develop scopes of work and distribute them to selected subcontractors Prepare detailed estimates based on SOW Evaluate subcontractor bids for accuracy, completeness, and pricing Formulate competitive bid strategies based on pricing, client relationships, and market conditions Strengthen and grow client relationships through proactive engagement Required Skills Strong multitasking ability with composure under shifting deadlines Professional communication skills in both written and verbal formats Confident cold‑calling ability Proficiency with Windows and MS Office including Excel and Outlook Collaborative team mindset with leadership potential Exceptional organizational skills Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance Long‑term disability insurance FSA and supplemental insurance options Paid holidays Paid time off Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
