Job Description

BluePoint Controls is a collaborative engineering and manufacturing firm based in Silicon Valley. We have been trusted by leading semiconductor and medical device equipment companies to help transform concepts into designs and convert specs into high quality manufactured products for more than 25 years. Our team is looking for a Sales Engineer with a strong technical background. We are seeking a dedicated and self-driven individual who is excited to work with a growing team and company. This role will be focused on helping develop new leads and customers for BluePoint. Key Responsibilities:
Researching target prospects and their industries Assisting in qualifying new leads, scheduling, and attending meetings Performing product demonstrations and answering questions Building customer relationships that demonstrate the company's mission and values Participating in sales planning meetings to achieve target objectives Developing a thorough understanding of the market and competition in your territory
Requirements:

Flex Fridays Base Pay Range:
$80,000-$140,000 plus a commission plan. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
