Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HVAC Sales professional to drive growth and build lasting customer relationships in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to identify customer needs, present innovative solutions, and close deals that enhance comfort and efficiency for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical knowledge with sales strategies in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients to understand their HVAC needs and recommend tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits of our HVAC systems and related technologies. Lead pre-sales activities, including site assessments, technical analysis, and proposal development to secure new business opportunities. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure seamless transition from sale to installation, maintaining high customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure cloud platforms, VMware virtualization, Linux environments, Python scripting, Bash (Unix shell), and network configurations relevant to HVAC solutions. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and technical support throughout the sales cycle. Assist in product demos for potential clients, highlighting features such as remote monitoring capabilities or integration with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Requirements Proven experience in technical sales within the HVAC industry or related fields such as computer networking or systems integration. Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms including AWS and Azure, as well as virtualization tools like VMware. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and Bash scripting for automation or analysis tasks. Knowledge of Linux operating systems and network infrastructure to support complex HVAC control systems. Excellent analysis skills to evaluate client needs and develop customized solutions. Demonstrated ability in pre-sales activities, product demos, and technical presentations. Effective project management skills to coordinate multiple client engagements simultaneously. Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
