Primary efforts are directed toward established Contractors and Engineers while partnering with Rep Agencies and Distributors to gain market share within the industry. Utilizing sales knowledge/strategies to grow sales of ASC's family of products, all while earning a competitive base salary plus commissions. How You Will Help Excel at demand generation through professionally demonstrating expertise and solutions selling to achieve a sales target Build lasting relationships across a broad range of ASC-ES, contractor, engineer, rep agency, distributor and industry constituents Select, demonstrate and promote the best ASC-ES product solutions for specific end user applications to various customers Partner with rep agency facing sales team to assure sales closure, incremental product placement and achieve sales targets Develop new contractor and project prospects pipeline for the ASC-ES full product lines Establish expertise and train key decision makers and users to ensure company-wide buy in for ASC-ES products Act as the front-line champion for the success of ASC-ES new product rollouts Integrate into local trade organizations and associations to leverage contractor relationships for demand generation Be the product team's eyes/ears about what is happening in the field from contractors. Engineers, and competition Embrace, utilize and demonstrate fluency in sales technology such as CRM, Power BI, and Microsoft Suite of products Learn about and promote to end customers the use of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools and their relevance in selling at
