Territory Sales Specialist - Four Corners Home base: Denver, CO preferred | Regional Travel Why this role matters This isn't a traditional sales role—it's an opportunity to help expand access to advanced cardiac imaging that is reshaping how cardiovascular disease is diagnosed and managed. Jubilant Radiopharmaceuticals is in a period of rapid growth, driven by strong demand for cardiac PET imaging. As clinical adoption accelerates across the U.S., we are hiring a key role on our sales team to support a newly designed territory across the Western region. This role sits at the center of that growth—connecting providers, advancing clinical practice, and helping bring innovative diagnostics to more patients. What you'll do Own and grow a large, multi-state territory (including AZ, CO, UT, NM and surrounding states) Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on high-value accounts and long-term pipeline development Identify and prioritize opportunities using data, market insights, and customer intelligence Build trusted relationships with cardiologists, imaging centers, hospital systems, and clinical stakeholders Lead complex sales cycles involving capital equipment, contracting, and pricing discussions Collaborate with internal teams (applications, clinical, and leadership) to support customer adoption Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting through CRM tools Represent Jubilant at industry events and strengthen brand presence in the region Travel approximately 50% to engage customers in person across a geographically diverse territory How success is defined You'll thrive in this role if you: Think strategically about where to invest your time in a large, dispersed territory Use data, tools, and emerging technologies (including AI) to uncover hidden opportunities Build strong, authentic relationships that go beyond transactional selling Stay persistent through long sales cycles (12-18 months) and complex decision-making processes Balance high activity (field presence) with focused, insight-driven execution Take ownership of your territory like a business—planning, adapting, and driving results What you bring 5+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales Experience with complex or capital sales cycles (preferred) Strong track record of managing large territories and achieving sales targets Ability to navigate hospital systems and engage clinical stakeholders Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and using data to guide decisions Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field Nice to have: Background in imaging, cardiology, or nuclear medicine Experience selling into outpatient or diagnostic settings Why join Jubilant Radiopharmaceuticals Be part of a growing organization at the forefront of nuclear medicine Work alongside a collaborative, high-performing sales team where success is shared Contribute to a field that directly improves patient outcomes Competitive base salary and uncapped incentive plan Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and retirement programs Tools and support to succeed, including training, clinical expertise, and sales enablement resources Our culture We're a small, tight-knit team that values collaboration, accountability, and mutual respect.
