In this role, you will drive revenue growth by engaging with clients in the oil and gas industry, understanding their technical needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Your expertise will help clients optimize their operations through our advanced products and services, ensuring they achieve maximum efficiency and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical knowledge with sales acumen in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients within the oil and gas sector, identifying their specific technical requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions that meet client needs. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop customized proposals and pre-sales strategies. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies such as computer networking, AWS (Amazon Web Services), VMware, Linux, Azure, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and other relevant tools. Provide technical guidance during sales negotiations, emphasizing product features like analysis skills, project management capabilities, and product demos. Assist clients in understanding how our solutions can enhance their operational efficiency while ensuring safety standards are met. Qualifications Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales within the oil and gas industry or related sectors. Strong understanding of computer networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware), Linux operating systems, and scripting languages such as Python and Bash. Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos and conduct effective technical presentations. Experience with project management methodologies to oversee complex sales processes from start to finish. Exceptional communication skills with a proactive approach to building client relationships.
