We are problem solvers for the Ready Mix and Asphalt Manufacturers, supplying parts, equipment, and supplies across Dade, Broward, West Palm, and Lee Counties. Our passion is serving our customers, and we are seeking a hardworking, outgoing Technical Advisor/Sales candidate to join our team.

Location:

Main office and warehouse in Miami, Florida.

Role Overview:

As a Technical/Sales Representative, you will visit current clients and establish relationships with new ones throughout Miami Dade County. You'll commute to our office 1-3 times per week to pick up merchandise for delivery using a company truck, with personal vehicle use for smaller items (mileage reimbursed).

Requirements:

2 years of experience with industrial products or an AS/BS in Industrial, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering. Comfortable visiting customer workshops and production facilities. Bilingual in English and Spanish (a must). Valid driver's license and good driving record. Proficient in standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Google Docs).

Responsibilities:

Maintain current customers and develop new leads into long-term relationships. Identify prospective customers and follow up on leads. Self-motivated with excellent responsibility. Participate in on-site learning with management and off-site training. Plan and report daily with your manager.

Pay:

Salary $45000 plus commissions ($60K to $75K/year )(Salary + Commissions + Mileage Reimbursement)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
