Job Description

About the Role As a Technical Sales Engineer (Hub) , you serve as the central technical contact for customers, local teams, and external service partners: You provide expert technical support, coordinate service activities, and play a key role in maintaining high quality and service standards across the region. This position combines hands-on technical expertise , customer service excellence , and cross-functional collaboration within an international organization. Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Customer Service Act as the first point of contact for customers and local teams regarding technical questions and issues Provide timely and effective technical support related to products, installations, warranties and maintenance Ensure high customer satisfaction by meeting defined service and quality standards Service Coordination & Quality Assurance Coordinate and manage external technical service partners for warranty, goodwill, and maintenance cases Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards Support the subsidiary in achieving defined quality targets and operational results Internal Collaboration Provide technical expertise and guidance to Sales and Operations Managers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges Contribute to the continuous improvement of Technical Service and Customer Service / Back Office processes Your Profile Education & Training Technical training as a plumber, or comparable qualification Candidates with advanced vocational training or a higher-level technical qualification in sanitary or building services are preferred Professional Experience 3-5 years of experience in technical customer service , maintenance, or repair Solid hands-on experience with sanitary fittings / HVAC or comparable technical products

an advantage, but not mandatory IT Skills Basic experience with ERP and CRM systems is helpful, but not mandatory Experience with Microsoft 365 Apps Additional Requirements Willingness to travel frequently ( approx. 30 - 35% ) Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, HQ, and external partners Understanding of the commercial impact of technical decisions Strong service mindset and passion for delivering excellent customer experiences Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented working style Strong organizational and planning skills Team-oriented personality who actively supports shared objectives What We Offer Comprehensive Benefit Program which includes Major Medical (including monthly contributions to Health Savings Account), Dental, Vision, Long-Term Disability, Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, 25% matching of 401(k) or Roth 401(k) contributions, up to the IRS annual limit (eligible 1st of the month following 90 days after start date).
