Job Description

Are you a technical expert in wellpoint systems, deep wells, and drilling? Our client is hiring a Dewatering Sales Product Specialist to lead regional revenue growth. In this role, you will analyze market trends, outpace competition, and build growth strategies. You will design, implement, and guarantee project success through every single phase of execution.
What You Will Do Grow Regional Revenue:
Lead the sales and strategic growth of dewatering products.
Design Technical Solutions:
Analyze bore logs and soil conditions to design system layouts.
Manage Project Lifecycles:
Oversee project success from initial design through final implementation.
Analyze Local Markets:
Partner with stakeholders to identify trends and beat local competition.
Support Field Teams:
Provide specialized technical support on-site for complex market sectors.
Job Requirements Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of drilling, bore logs, wellpoint, and deep well work.
Sales Background:
Proven track record in business development or technical sales support.
Territory Choice:
Ability to cover the Rockies, Idaho, or the Charlotte/South Carolina region.
Project Management:
Experience guiding engineered field solutions through to completion.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$90,000 to $120,000 per year (dependent on experience and specific location).
Bonus Incentive:
High-earning 40% performance incentive plan.
