ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a global, tier-one technology manufacturer and automotive supplier, delivering advanced energy and power solutions for mobility and industrial applications. They are seeking a Sales Engineer to act as a technical interface between customers and internal engineering and product teams, supporting solution development and commercial expansion across key market segments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the technical interface between customers and internal engineering, product, and sales teams Develop and manage relationships with key accounts across fleet, utility, cargo, RV, ambulance, and public safety segments Identify customer challenges and propose application-specific energy and power solutions Lead technical discussions, solution definition, and application feasibility assessments Support product testing, validation, and implementation activities Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and solution documentation Support new programs from concept through implementation Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline Strong technical foundation combined with a customer-facing, consultative mindset Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or solution engineering roles Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with CRM systems, structured reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
