This position is designed for an engineering graduate or early-career engineer who is interested in combining technical knowledge with business development and customer relationship management. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn the industrial automation industry while working alongside experienced Sales Engineers and Account Managers. The successful candidate will gain hands-on exposure to customer engagement, solution development, account management, and the sales process, creating a clear path toward a future sales leadership or account management role. What You'll Do Support business development efforts by identifying and qualifying new opportunities. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Work alongside experienced Sales Engineers to learn the sales process and customer engagement strategies. Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and technical discussions. Collaborate with engineering and supplier partners to develop solutions that meet customer needs. Assist with proposal development, quotations, and follow-up activities. Learn key industries, products, and applications served by Quantum Solutions. Develop the skills necessary to eventually manage a portfolio of customer accounts. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management. Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed. Why Quantum Solutions?
