Job Description

Hiwin Corporation is the leader in the innovation and manufacturing of motion control and mechatronic system technology. We are one of the largest producers in the world of linear motion components such as: linear guideways, ball screws, linear motors and stages. We are currently seeking T erritory Sales Engineers to join our national salesforce . The purpose of the Territory Sales Engineer is to retain, defend, and increase profitable penetration of existing accounts; as well as identifying new customers. We do not offer relocation assistance. Candidates must currently reside in one of the listed locations. The assigned territory for this position includes New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. A typical day as a Territory Sales Engineer can include: Identifying and securing new accounts to increase the assigned territories growth and sales; Formulating a business plan and introducing sales initiatives that address or capitalize on opportunities; Maintaining professional relationships with key personnel and producing leads; Handling customer orders, complaints, requests for information on products, capabilities, and prices; Acquiring knowledge of users and distribution personnel to preserve existing business and enhance the introduction of new products; Collecting and communicating information related to competitive manufacturers, products, sales personnel, practices, and major accounts they manage; Assisting other Territory Sales Engineers with their sales activities.
Required Education & Experience:
Have a Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience; Have 3-5 years technical sale experience preferably in the Motion Control or complimentary industry; Possess excellent: Written and verbal communication skills CRM and Presentation skills Organizational skills Have the ability to multitask and have attention to detail; Be able to travel within their territory to support customers, visit potential customers, or to attend tradeshows Candidates must reside within one of the following territories:
