What You'll Do As an Inside Sales / Applications Engineer , you'll: Prepare technical proposals and quotes for rotating equipment and custom packaged solutions Support application and project engineering for pump and multi-pump packages Deliver technical support to customers, suppliers, and outside sales teams Manage proposals and coordinate project details from kickoff to delivery Ensure proper equipment application based on customer requirements Provide responsive and professional customer service including e-mail and phone communications with customers What we are looking for: A recent engineering graduate or early-career engineer who: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required) Has strong technical problem-solving skills Communicates effectively in writing and in person Is People-oriented and outgoing , comfortable engaging with customers and collaborating across teams on a daily basis Is organized and responsive with customers and internal teams Is eager to grow toward technical sales and client support Preferred but not required: Experience with rotating equipment, pumps, or industrial systems.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$70,000 - $80,000 / year

Bonus:

Eligible for end of year bonus based on individual and company performance
