Join our MAHLE team! #weshapefuturemobility Your Contribution As a Sales Engineer you will be reporting to the Head of Sales Engineering you will be responsible for all aspects of application and sales duties for the assigned customer accounts. It includes interface with several individuals at our customer's locations and at various MAHLE worldwide plants. Ensure that other key employees have relationships with their counterparts at the customer. Develop a customer strategy that identifies new opportunities, positions the company to win new business, and exercises leadership in the execution of the strategy and act as focal point for all commercial discussions/negotiations. Manage customer accounts and act as the main commercial contact. Coordinate product development projects from design phase to production. Prepare quotations, RFQs, pricing proposals, and technical presentations. Track purchase orders, prototype requests, and commercial activities. Interface with global teams and customer stakeholders. Monitor market trends and provide strategic input to management. Your Experience & Qualifications Automotive industry experience. Experience managing customer accounts or projects. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects. Willingness to travel 10-20%.
