Paid Time Off What You'll Do Strategic Market Research:
Utilizing advanced research methodologies to analyze market trends and competitor behavior to identify growth opportunities.Econometric Cost Analysis:
Applying managerial economics to analyze material and labor variables, developing optimized pricing strategies for complex manufacturing quotes.Organizational Strategy:
Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility while applying organizational behavior theories to enhance client satisfaction.Strategic Reporting:
Providing executive leadership with data-driven sales reporting and high-level recommendations for long-term business development. Performs or coordinates technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing. Performs document control of engineering drawings and specifications to assure current and proper information exists in all disciplines of plant operations. Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling and resolve engineering design and test problems both internally and with the customer. Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications and testing methods. Analyzes product or equipment specifications and performance requirements to determine designs, which can be produced by existing manufacturing or processing facilities and methods. Determines feasibility of designing new plant equipment or modifying existing facilities considering costs, available space, time limitations, company planning, and other technical and economic factors. Provides technical information concerning manufacturing or processing techniques, materials, properties, and process advantages and limitations which affect long range company and product engineering planning. Directs and coordinate manufacturing or building of prototype products or systems. Analyzes product test data and reports to determine acceptability to functional performance specifications. Evaluates engineering test results for possible application to development of systems or other uses. Analyzes individual job processes and performance to ensure efficient application of company resources and proper product pricing. Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reduction of waste of materials and utilities. This could include restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow, relocating workstations, and purchase of new equipment. Develops management systems for cost analysis, financial planning and job evaluation. Researches and recommends new computer technologies in the areas of Computer Aided Design, Computer Aided Engineering and Analysis, and Computer Integrated Manufacturing. Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Plastics, Polymer, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field preferred.
- Two + years of related engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably plastics processing. Sales experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education, hands-on experience, and technical training will be considered.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:
