Job Description
Our people make all the difference. We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Technical Sales Engineer to support the growth of our gaging and calibration services business. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying calibration and measurement needs, and delivering technical solutions that support manufacturing quality systems and production performance. The Technical Sales Engineer partners closely with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to provide dimensional measurement and calibration solutions for precision measurement equipment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical problem-solving, customer relationships, and consultative sales within manufacturing and industrial environments. What You'll Do Sell calibration services and dimensional measurement solutions to manufacturing customers Visit customer facilities to assess gaging, measurement, and calibration needs Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations Support recurring calibration business through account management and follow-up Demonstrate metrology equipment and measurement solutions Build long-term customer and vendor relationships Partner with internal technical teams to ensure customer success Maintain customer and product information within ERP/CRM systems What We're Looking For Technical sales, manufacturing, machining, or quality experience Mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills Ability to build relationships and solve customer problems Experience with dimensional measurement equipment or calibration practices preferred Familiarity with manufacturing or ISO quality systems is a plus Self-motivated and comfortable working independently We welcome candidates with experience in: Metrology or calibration Manufacturing engineering Industrial technical sales Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a highly technical and relationship-driven industry Strong customer base with recurring service business Collaborative team environment Growth opportunity within a specialized technical field Ability to make a direct impact with customers and the busine
