Product Operations Associate Location:
Las Vegas (On-site required)

Full-time with a 3-month probation period About ChargerGoGo ChargerGoGo is the largest portable charging network in the U.S., powering 6,000+ locations and 1M+ users with smart, on-the-go solutions. Our ecosystem spans users, venue hosts, distribution partners, and advertisers—creating a scalable infrastructure that connects hardware, software, and real-world experiences. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized and analytical Product & Support Operations Associate to help strengthen our user experience, partner support systems, and operational scalability. What You'll Do This role sits at the intersection of product, support, and operations. You will ensure our ecosystem runs smoothly across users, distribution partners (DPs), and venue operators (VOs). 1. Support Operations Manage and resolve support tickets for users, Distribution Partners (DPs), and Venue Operators (VOs) in a timely and professional manner Build, optimize, and manage structured support pipelines and workflows across user and partner support Support DP/VO onboarding, account setup, platform navigation, and operational best practices Analyze product performance, support trends, and feedback from users and partners to identify areas for improvement Help create and continuously update user guides, partner training materials, and the AI-powered support knowledge base Document recurring issues and common questions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve training, reduce support volume, and strengthen the overall support experience 2. Product Operations Maintain and improve operational processes to support product scalability and efficiency Research market trends, competitors, and user behavior to inform product strategy Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and updates Monitor KPIs across user activity, support performance, and operational efficiency Proactively identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable working across hardware, software, and operational systems Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership Bonus Points For Experience in product operations, customer support, or partner success Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or AI support workflows Startup or high-growth environment experience Interest in IoT, hardware-enabled platforms, or marketplace models Why Join ChargerGoGo?
