Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable National Trainer/Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support to our sales teams and clients across the nation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer networking, cloud technologies, and technical sales, along with excellent communication and analysis skills. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and the ability to engage with clients effectively. Duties Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Provide training sessions for internal sales teams to enhance their technical knowledge and selling skills. Collaborate with the sales team during pre-sales activities to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Manage projects related to product launches and training initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness. Support technical sales efforts by providing insights into product capabilities and addressing client inquiries. Develop training resources, including manuals, presentations, and online content for ongoing education. Requirements Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts and practices. Experience in pre-sales activities within a technical sales environment. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and market opportunities. Proven experience in delivering engaging product demos that resonate with diverse audiences. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to leverage their technical expertise while contributing to the growth of our organization through effective training and sales support. Will assist in Tier 3/4 support calls at the guidance of Tech Support Manager.
