Job Description

Job Requirements The Sales Engineer is responsible to engage an assigned list of existing and prospective accounts seeking to learn how Stark Equipment's Critical Power Division can help align Siemens product and service offerings with current and future facility infrastructure needs. This position will focus on providing design assistance, configure product offerings and help set pricing strategies for power distribution equipment on new applications and existing facility critical power equipment. Successful performance will be directly related to achieving revenue gross profit targets account management attainment benchmarks. Includes a car allowance and unlimited bonus opportunities based on relevant experience in power system sales. Work Experience 5 years of industry (power distribution) experience preferred. Technical understanding of Electrical Power systems required. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Ability to drive individual sales success. In-depth knowledge of the market. Strong account management capabilities. Minimal local travel expected. Participation in annual training sessions and conferences held outside the region.
