Full-time Responsibilities:
Technical Liaison & Consulting :
Act as a bridge in the sales process for complex equipment, consulting with existing and potential clients to evaluate and understand their technical requirements.
Presentations & Material Development :
Prepare, deliver, and assist in drafting technical presentations and documentation to clearly explain products and services to customers.
Relationship Management :
Simultaneously build and maintain strong personal relationships with multiple prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Support & Product Alignment :
Provide technical expertise to the sales department, ensuring customer needs are met, which may include recommending product modifications or improved materials.
Post-Sales & Operations :
Resolve technical problems with installed equipment, prepare product orders, and coordinate delivery schedules.
R D Collaboration :
Assist in the research and development of new products.
Qualifications:
Background :
Engineering or manufacturing background is required.
Experience :
Minimum 3 years of related product/sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Technical Sales :
Ability to apply engineering principles to sales and explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
Performance Mindset :
Self-motivated self-starter comfortable meeting quarterly KPIs in a metric-driven environment.
Core Skills :
Excellent communication, strong organization, sharp attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
