We drive performance, productivity, safety, andquality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutionsfor their most critical equipment and processes. The impact you'll make As a Global Product Support Engineer at Lam, you're the backbone of technical support for field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel. Your expertise is crucial in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex semiconductor equipment. Your swift action in responding to situations is critical in resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction of Lam's valued customers. What you'll do Job Responsibilities Process/Productivity engineer who will provide technical support to field process engineers, and product support personnel that are troubleshooting Etch chambers for gaps in process capability, chamber matching, defect, and yield failure issues Reports process related enhancement, continuous design improvements to engineering group Supports first in Fab customers with process qualification Provides training Field Service engineers and provides BKM documents Travel up to 15%

Drive implementation of new solutions for the customer Who we're looking for
Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
