Leading ground improvement contractor backed by a Fortune 500 parentAbout the OpportunityWe're hiring a Regional Sales Engineer to represent a market-leading ground improvement contractor supported by the strength and stability of a Fortune 500 organization. This is a true relationship-driven role focused on market development, technical sales, and long-term client partnerships across North and Central Florida into Southern Georgia.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives outside the office-meeting clients face-to-face, networking at industry events, entertaining clients over dinner or golf, collaborating with design teams, and ultimately winning work from cradle to grave.
What You'll DoOwn and grow a defined territory spanning Daytona → Gainesville → North Florida → Macon, GABuild and maintain strong relationships with:
Client meetings and site visitsNetworking events, conferences, and industry associationsClient entertainment (dinners, golf, relationship-based selling)Collaborate closely with internal design and engineering teams to develop technical solutionsLead the pursuit of projects and win BIFsProvide technical input and support proposals, pricing strategy, and presentationsOversee projects from initial opportunity through award and executionStamp proposals/drawings as required (if licensed)Serve as the primary point of contact from concept through completionWhat We're Looking ForEngineering background (Civil, Geotechnical, or related)Experience in:
