Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Specialty Chemical Sales professional to join our innovative team. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base within target industries. Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the unique benefits of our specialty chemicals. Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, closing, and post-sale support. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback using CRM tools. Provide pre-sales technical support by analyzing client requirements and offering expert advice on product applications. Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies such as AWS, Azure, VMware, Linux, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and analysis tools to enhance sales strategies. Experience Proven track record in technical sales or product management within the specialty chemicals or related industrial sectors. Strong understanding of computer networking concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware), and Linux environments to effectively communicate complex solutions. Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations that resonate with diverse audiences. Experience in pre-sales activities including needs analysis, solution design, and project management. Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data, customer requirements, and technical specifications for strategic decision-making. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and Bash (Unix shell) is a plus for understanding product integrations or automation processes. Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude toward building long-term client relationships in a competitive landscape.
