This role is designed to build both technical expertise and sales acumen, preparing individuals for long-term career opportunities within the organization. Participants will complete a hands-on training program in Memphis, TN, gaining exposure to sales, customer service, and engineering functions before transitioning into a permanent role aligned with both business needs and individual strengths. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred (other degrees considered with strong technical aptitude)

Skills:

? Strong interest in solution-based selling ? Mechanical/technical aptitude ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
