Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Overview A leading distributor of engineered industrial equipment is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer (Trainee) to join a structured 2-3 year development program. This role is designed to build both technical expertise and sales acumen, preparing individuals for long-term career opportunities within the organization. Participants will complete a hands-on training program in Memphis, TN, gaining exposure to sales, customer service, and engineering functions before transitioning into a permanent role aligned with both business needs and individual strengths. Qualifications
    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred (other degrees considered with strong technical aptitude)
      Skills:
      ? Strong interest in solution-based selling ? Mechanical/technical aptitude ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
        Attributes:
        ? Highly motivated and goal-oriented ? Eager to build a long-term career in technical sales or engineering
          Mobility:
          ? Must be willing to relocate to Memphis, TN for the first 24-36 months ? Flexibility to relocate regionally (e.g., Nashville, Southwest Arkansas) for final role placement What We Offer
