Job Description

Sales Engineer •Growth Company•High Visibility The TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a leading architectural products and construction solutions manufacturer to identify a Sales Engineer to support commercial growth, technical sales execution, and customer engagement across key markets. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role responsible for bridging the gap between sales, estimating, and engineering teams to ensure accurate project interpretation, competitive estimating, and technical support throughout the sales cycle. The position will play a critical role in supporting strategic growth initiatives while helping customers navigate complex structural and design requirements. The Sales Engineer will work cross-functionally with sales leadership, estimators, coordinators, and engineering teams while also engaging directly with contractors, and AEC firms in the field. This role combines technical expertise with relationship-driven business development and market education. You'll have the opportunity to influence large-scale commercial construction projects through value engineering, technical presentations, scope troubleshooting, and specification support while helping drive market expansion and customer success. This role offers strong visibility within a growing organization and is ideal for someone who enjoys combining engineering knowledge with customer interaction, problem solving, and strategic sales support in a fast-paced environment.
