Job Description

Position:
IoT Terminal Management System Location:
Houston, TX (Onsite) Primary Technical Skills (Mandatory) TMS (Terminal Management System)
  • TMS6 / TMS7
    support and troubleshooting Linux / Red Hat
  • command-line operations, log analysis, service and process management MySQL
  • basic queries, transaction and data validation OT integrations & transaction flow knowledge
  • Toptech, Tabs/TDS, Digi, Railman Ability to troubleshoot application, system, and integration issues in an OT environment Secondary ITSM / Operational Skills Incident Management
  • issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution P1 / P2 Incident Handling
  • experience in participating critical incidents and participating in bridge calls Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • identify root causes and implement corrective / preventive actions Vendor Escalations
  • coordination with third-party vendors for issue resolution and tracking Experience working within ITSM processes (incident, escalation, communication, closure) Mandatory Work Requirements as TMS support is critical Flexible to work in night shifts Willing to participate in rotational on-call support
