Active Directory & Group Policy ServiceNow Ticket Management Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) VPN & Network Connectivity Issues Printer Configuration & Support JAMF (macOS/iOS Device Management)
Laptop/Desktop Support Incident, Problem & Change Management Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and customer support skills Experience handling end-user issues and ticket triage Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Windows/Mac OS issues Experience supporting Intune and SCCM agents Comfortable escalating complex issues to L2/SME teams Strong focus on customer service and issue resolution This role is best suited for professionals with a solid IT Support / EUC background who enjoy working directly with end users and solving technical challenges.
