Technical Pre-Sales Project Manager What You Will Do
Lead enterprise platform demonstrations for strategic customers, technical stakeholders, and executive audiences.
Support technical pre-sales activities, solution positioning, discovery sessions, architecture discussions, and proof-of-concept engagements.
Translate customer business requirements into technical solution recommendations, deployment plans, and measurable outcomes.
Manage customer technical projects, including planning, scheduling, deployment coordination, upgrade execution, risk tracking, and operational follow-through.
Develop and support proposals, RFP responses, statements of work, technical documentation, implementation plans, and customer-facing presentations.
Deliver TCO, ROI, and business value presentations that connect the companys capabilities to enterprise infrastructure modernization goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting strategic account growth and long-term customer success initiatives.
Coordinate deployments and upgrades of GE Grid applications across customer environments, partnering with customer technical teams and internal stakeholders.
Ensure customer service plans, operational milestones, deployment schedules, and project deliverables remain visible and on track.
Lead and coordinate two customer service representatives supporting deployments, upgrades, and operational activities.
Partner closely with executive leadership, engineering, sales, customer success, and operations teams to drive customer satisfaction and successful execution.
Identify technical risks, adoption blockers, and escalation points early; drive resolution through clear ownership and communication. Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, Infrastructure Architecture, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or related enterprise customer-facing roles.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes, virtualization, hyperconverged infrastructure, enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, and containerized environments.
Strong organizational and leadership capabilities with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving accountability.
Ability to travel extensively across Miami, Juno Beach, and West Palm Beach customer locations. Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting utility, energy, critical infrastructure, or large-scale enterprise customers.
Experience with enterprise platform demonstrations, proof-of-concept planning, and value-based solution selling.
Familiarity with GE Grid applications or similar mission-critical operational technology environments.
Experience leading service delivery coordination or supervising customer service / technical support resources.
Background with hybrid cloud, storage, networking, Kubernetes operations, and enterprise application modernization. Success Measures
