Description and Requirements Lenovo is looking for a highly dynamic individual with a strong technical background combined with relationship and negotiation skills. We are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Sales organization as a Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Sales Engineer. The CSP Sales Engineer will be reporting to the CSP Sales Director and ideally will need to be a self-starter, goal-oriented and possess proven customer facing experience. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction within Lenovo's largest Cloud customers. The successful candidate will configure / price / quote sales solutions, engage in RFP's, and create overall business development strategies. The CSP Sales Engineer will be accountable for managing and maintaining account relationships through various levels of engagement and seniority within the customers' business. You must be able to develop and execute strategies within your accounts to achieve exponential growth of Lenovo's CSP business. The successful individual will work alongside the CSP Field Sellers and drive all aspects of selling the product portfolio; working with technical subject matter experts to qualify opportunities; propose solutions and demonstrate the overall value of Lenovo products.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with outside Account Executives to drive sales, profit, and customer satisfaction Build / Price configurations and provide quotations to the customer Partner with various internal functions such as operations, procurement, and supply chain Provide strategic high level and in-depth detail review of project financials Resolve challenging account relationship situations from some of the most demanding customers Engage and support customer proof of concept and evaluations Act as focal point in the resolution of customers escalations by engaging extended support teams
Basic Requirements:
5+ years of sales experience required,
Account Manager, Sales Specialist, or Sales Engineer Preferred Requirements:
