The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of metal building systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role will support project development, estimating, design coordination, and client relationships from initial concept through proposal delivery. Duties Manage inside sales activities for pre-engineered metal building projects. Design and configure PEMB systems including structural steel, wall and roof panels, secondary framing members, and stability bracing using proprietary software. Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal project teams throughout the sales and preconstruction process. Prepare proposals, quotations, and bid packages for commercial construction projects. Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Assist with building code compliance and energy code requirements related to metal building envelopes. Maintain relationships with PEMB manufacturers and specialty contractors. Support project estimating, scheduling, and coordination efforts to ensure timely project delivery. Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines concurrently. Requirements Proven experience working with PEMB manufacturers, metal building specialty contractors, or commercial construction sales. Strong understanding of pre-engineered metal building systems and construction processes. Experience with PEMB erection, insulated metal panel (IMP) installation, or related field experience preferred. Familiarity with 3D modeling and construction software preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
