Job Description
Overview:
- Join our team as a Automotive Parts Specialists (Sales and Customer Support) and be part of a dynamic and customer-focused automotive parts sales environment. We are seeking individuals with a passion for vehicles and exceptional sales skills to help customers find their everyday and hard to find parts.
Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing auto parts that meet their needs
- Provide information on pricing, and warranties
- Complete sales orders and arrange delivery of parts to customer locations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in vehicle parts sales and/or customer service preferred
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance is a plus
- Proficiency in order fulfillment processes
- Cash handling experience is beneficial
