Job Description

SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Express Bath is a veteran owned, family-owned and operated company with over 75 years of experience in the bath industry that started right here in the heart of Northern Alabama. We strive to deliver high-quality bathrooms with a great customer experience. We specialize in replacement showers, bathtubs and custom wall systems. Servicing North, Central, Mobile and Auburn AL! This position is an in-home sales representative, prior experience in in-home sales is strongly preferred . We set you up for success with pre-set appointments, an uncapped commission pay structure with base pay, training and a supportive sales team. Report directly to the Sales Manager.

Two weeks of PTO offered after completing your first year of employment What we need from you: The ability to connect with anyone in any environment so you can successfully lead a customer through an in-home presentation, and closing the sale on site A competitive nature and desire to succeed Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Previous sales experience The ability to run 3 set appointment times each day Monday through Thursday and rotating weekends Attend weekly team meetings Attend training as needed
