What You'll Do Assist customers with purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles Handle showroom traffic, internet leads, phone calls, and follow-up activities Build relationships and create customers for life Learn Ford products, technology, and current incentive programs Work closely with sales managers to achieve individual and team goals Deliver a first-class customer experience from start to finish Maintain customer communication before and after the sale What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong communication skills Self-motivated with a desire to succeed Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required Professional appearance and dependable work ethic Basic computer and CRM skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays No automotive experience?
