  • Multi-Family (Restoration Industry) We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to focus on the multi-family vertical, building relationships with property managers, regional managers, and ownership groups.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the multi-family space—whether through direct property management experience, sales into the industry, or both—and knows how to turn relationships into consistent business. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role. Success comes from being visible in the market, building trust with decision-makers, and consistently executing a defined sales process. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the multi-family space (property managers, regional managers, ownership groups, etc.) Develop and execute a territory plan, including creating and managing a consistent route of property visits Generate meetings with decision-makers through in-person outreach, networking, and referrals Participate in industry associations, networking groups, and local events to build visibility and credibility Follow a defined sales process to consistently build and manage a pipeline Identify and pursue opportunities for restoration services within your territory Work closely with operations to ensure a strong client experience and long-term relationship growth What We're Looking For Experience in the multi-family industry (property management experience is a strong plus) Background in sales or business development, ideally in a relationship-driven environment Proven ability to build relationships and gain access to key decision-makers Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in the field Willingness to follow a structured sales process and maintain consistent activity Strong communication skills and professional presence Comfortable with in-person meetings, drop-ins, and networking Compensation & Benefits $55,000
  • 65,000 base salary Commission structure with on-target earnings of $85,000
