Re-Bath, the nation's leading bathroom remodeling company, is hiring In-Home Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners across the Birmingham area. In this role, you will conduct in-home consultations, design bathroom remodeling solutions, and close high-value projects. No cold calling — qualified appointments are provided. Top performers regularly earn $120,000+ per year , with our highest earners exceeding $150,000 annually . What You'll Do Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners Assess remodeling needs and recommend custom solutions Design bathroom remodeling projects and present pricing options Close high-ticket sales using a consultative approach Manage follow-ups and pipeline using CRM tools Travel locally to appointments throughout Birmingham and the surrounding territory What We're Looking For 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience Proven success in commission-based sales roles Strong communication and closing skills Comfortable using technology such as iPad and CRM systems Self-motivated with strong time management skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Additional Requirements Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required Ability to travel to customer homes throughout a designated area within Birmingham and a defined territory surrounding the Birmingham market Compensation This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential .
