• $18 / per hour Full time Apply Now Back Job Description Snelling is seeking an Inside Sales-Customer Representative to join a team in the Birmingham area!

With this role you will be assist with the company goal: becoming the leading supplier of assembly tools, hydraulic products, lifts, and engineered solutions! As the Inside Sales Representative, you will assist customers with quotes & orders via email, phone, fax, and in person. Provide accurate information regarding products & services, and perform the duties as follows.

Pay to start:

$17.00-18.00/hr to start, depending on experience Responsibilities for

Inside Sales Representative:

• C ommunicates with customers by email, phone, fax or in person. Receives requests for quotes and orders.
• Research products and services requested, including specification of product, sourcing vendor and availability of product.
• Resolves complaints concerning billing, services and product rendered; referring complaints requiring others assistance to designated departments for investigation.
• Makes outbound lead follow up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.
• Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
• Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
• Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.
• Builds and maintains customers relationships. Investigates and resolves customer problems, such as deliveries.
• Works with outside sales representatives to fulfill customer requests in a timely manner.

Pass information between outside sales representatives, customers, and vendors timely and accurately. Qualifications needed for

Inside Sales Representative :

• Associate degree (A. A.) preferred
• 2+ year related experience and/or training preferred
• Experience selling into the target markets would be a plus
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as requests for quotes, purchase orders, technical drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Knowledge of Word Processing software, Microsoft office, Outlook and Enterprise Resource software All qualified and interested Inside Sales Representative candidates please submit resumes for immediate review.
