Guaranteed Training Pay + Uncapped Commission Classic Printing & Signs is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base throughout the Birmingham area. We provide custom printing, signage, vehicle graphics, banners, promotional products, and branding solutions for businesses of all sizes. This opportunity is designed for motivated sales professionals who want the security of guaranteed income during training and onboarding, followed by the ability to earn uncapped commissions and build a long-term book of business. Compensation StructureRamp-Up Guarantee (First 90 Days) Guaranteed weekly pay during training and onboarding Commission opportunities available during the ramp-up period Hands-on product training and sales support After Ramp-Up Period Uncapped commission structure Residual earnings on qualifying repeat customer orders Unlimited income potential based on performance Our goal is to provide the support and income stability needed to help new team members build a strong sales pipeline and establish long-term customer relationships. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the Birmingham metro area Build relationships with local business owners, property managers, contractors, schools, churches, and organizations Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community involvement Meet with prospective customers to identify their printing, signage, and branding needs Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline Collaborate with our production team to ensure projects are completed successfully Grow and manage customer accounts to generate repeat business Products & Services You'll Represent Business Cards & Marketing Materials Custom Signs Banners & Event Displays Vehicle Graphics & Wraps Window Graphics Promotional Products Trade Show Displays Large Format Printing Custom Branding Solutions Qualifications Previous sales, business development, or customer relationship experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable meeting new people and generating new business opportunities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Birmingham area Experience in printing, signage, marketing, advertising, or related industries is a plus
