We help homeowners protect their greatest investment— their home— by providing reliable roofing inspections, repairs, and full replacements. ⸻ Position Overview We are seeking motivated, energetic, and driven individuals to join our sales team. Your main responsibility will be to generate new business through door-to-door outreach, homeowner consultations, and on-site roof assessments. No prior roofing experience required—we will provide full training. ⸻ What You'll Do Generate leads through networking, professional partnerships and door-to-door outreach in assigned territories to generate leads Educate homeowners on roofing issues, storm damage, and insurance claims Conduct basic roof inspections (training provided) Present estimates and close contracts Maintain communication with customers throughout installation Track all leads, appointments, and sales activity ⸻ Compensation High-commission structure (average reps earn $70,000-$150,000+) Performance bonuses + incentives Paid training available Opportunities for rapid advancement 401k with company Match ⸻ We Provide Full product and sales training Marketing materials & branded company gear Supportive sales team and leadership Flexible schedule Reliable installation crews to ensure high-quality service ⸻ Who We're Looking For Confident and outgoing personality Comfortable knocking doors and speaking with homeowners Highly motivated, strong work ethic and self-motivated Reliable transportation Sales experience a bonus, but not required Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift 60 lbs unassisted ⸻ Join a winning team and build a high-earning career in roofing sales!
