Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within assigned territories through proactive outreach and relationship building. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits aligned with their business objectives. Generate leads through networking events, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline. Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, upselling opportunities, and long-term retention through personalized service. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, D2D sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation initiatives effectively. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to deliver tailored solutions. Demonstrated ability in product demos, technical sales support, and upselling strategies to maximize revenue streams. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to conduct inside sales calls, cold calling campaigns, and face-to-face meetings confidently. Analytical mindset capable of assessing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. Ability to develop business strategies that align with company goals.
