Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead a high-performance powersports sales team. This role functions similarly to a floor manager in the automotive industry , with full leadership responsibility over daily sales operations and team performance. You will lead, coach, and drive results for a team of 3-4 Product Consultants in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
Schedule:
5 Days Per Week Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 3-4 Product Consultants Drive monthly and quarterly sales performance Desk deals and assist in closing opportunities Maintain accountability to monthly sales targets Conduct daily coaching and performance reviews Recruit, hire, and develop sales staff Manage team scheduling and floor coverage Create a competitive, high-energy sales environment Ensure strong customer experience and follow-throughNote:
This role does not include inventory purchasing or floorplan management.
