New Home Sales Consultant

As a Home Consultant with Clayton, you will be creating a world class home buying experience by assisting customers in identifying a floor plan, selecting options, and coordinating the construction process.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will be responsible for engaging with the customer and guiding them through the home buying experience by: Marketing and prospecting through various platforms Following up with leads to schedule appointments Presenting product and design options Assessing customers financial qualifications Guiding customers through financing options and processes Educating customers through the construction process

When You'll Be Doing It:

5-day work week, Saturdays required Closed on Sundays, one day off during the week

Compensation:

You will receive a base salary of $50,000 Lucrative commission plan and incentive opportunities Additional per unit bonus opportunities Quarterly Teamshare bonus opportunity

Training:

As a Home Consultant you will go through a 5-week training program focused on product knowledge, terminology, technology, and other Clayton processes. You will receive continuous training opportunities focused on our sales process, how to structure a deal, and the construction phase.

Must Be Able To:

Obtain state required manufactured home sales license Develop long-term professional relationships through active listening Be goal-driven, self-motivated, resilient, and committed to continuous learning Use necessary technology
