Job Description
```Job Overview``` We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our team in Foley/Fairhope. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering and selling our products directly to customers along designated routes. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy merchandising, sales, and providing excellent customer service. MUST have full size pick up and have the ability to pull 16 ft trailer. ```Duties```
- Drive your own pickup truck and pull company provided trailer along assigned routes to deliver products to customers
- Sell and promote our products to existing customers
- Upsell additional products.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to load and unload products
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer expectations
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty
- Follow established route schedules and adjust as necessary ```Skills```
- Pickup truck driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and close deals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with route driving and navigating different locations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
