Only! We have a sales associate that has to relocate to a different state and one being promoted...so this position is reopen until we find the replacement. Did the title catch your attention...well it is not a "hook" but rather, we believe, the truth. $$$$-The average sales associate made over$80000 in 2025 EVERY sales associate employed for the full year 2025 made over $55000 PRIME LOCATION-Gardendale is 10 minutes north of Birmingham AL...with new shopping malls being built all around the location LITTLE COMPETITION-there is only 1 franchised dealership within 5 miles of the Dealership 5 day work schedule with an early night...EVERY week...including the last week PAID vacation

YEAR END MATCHING

BONUS-for every vehicle the dealership matches a bonus for year end with no limit!!!

CAPPED SALES

FLOOR-the dealership works with a formula to keep the sales floor at a guaranteed amount of salespeople for the average car sold...no "floor flooding" 35% COMMISSION-the dealership pays up to 35% commission and commission starts at 25% $300 minimum commissions
