Brooks & Collier is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Grill Sales & Department Specialist to lead our grilling department. This position combines sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service. You'll work with some of the industry's leading grill brands while helping customers create incredible outdoor cooking experiences. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting grills, smokers, outdoor kitchen components, and grilling accessories Learn the features and benefits of multiple premium grill brands and confidently present them to customers Maintain attractive showroom displays and merchandising standards Keep shelves stocked with spices, sauces, rubs, fuels, accessories, and grilling supplies Manage inventory levels and communicate restocking needs Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for grilling products and accessories Assist customers with outdoor kitchen planning and sales Stay current on grilling trends, products, and cooking techniques Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale Qualifications Passion for grilling, smoking, outdoor cooking, or outdoor living Strong communication and customer service skills Sales experience is preferred but not required Self-motivated and organized Ability to lift and move grilling accessories and merchandise as needed Willingness to learn product knowledge and participate in manufacturer training Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Sales incentives and manufacturer SPIFF programs Employee discounts Opportunity for growth within a family-owned company celebrating over 80 years in business If you enjoy talking BBQ, helping customers, and being part of a team that values quality products and exceptional service, we'd love to meet you.
