$80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (Performance-Based) Sales Consultant - Huntsville Market Are you a high-performance sales professional who thrives on competition, structure, and results? Durante Home Exteriors is seeking a disciplined, motivated Sales Consultant to represent our industry-leading remodeling company solutions in the Huntsville market. This role is designed for individuals who are driven by achievement, embrace accountability, and execute a proven sales process with consistency. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, diagnose exterior needs, present tailored solutions, and close business through professionalism and trust. What You Will Sell Premium exterior remodeling solutions including: Replacement Siding Composite & Wood Decks Energy-Efficient Windows Exterior Doors All products are positioned as high-value solutions designed to improve the homeowner's comfort, efficiency, and curb appeal. Key Responsibilities Run pre-qualified, pre-confirmed appointments generated through company marketing efforts Follow a structured, consultative sales process from discovery through close Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Assess homeowner needs and recommend appropriate Siding, Window, Door, etc. solutions Maintain a minimum of 1-2 issued appointments per day Demonstrate strong product knowledge and professional presentation standards Maintain accurate documentation and communication through company CRM systems Represent the Durante brand with professionalism and confidence Work a full-time schedule including evenings and two Saturdays per month We are seeking individuals who demonstrate: Strong results orientation and competitive drive Confidence leading conversations and asking for the sale Ability to follow a proven sales structure without deviation High personal accountability and self-management Professional communication skills Comfort working within performance metrics and expectations Desire to continuously improve skills and performance Experience in home improvement sales is preferred but not required for candidates with strong consultative sales backgrounds. Qualifications:
Prior sales experience is highly desirable in the Home Improvement industry.
