Full-Time Position / Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package • Qualified Candidates must have 3+ years' experience in Inside Sales Coordinator or Customer Service working in Distribution and/or Rep firm. This role requires a personable team player with strong communication and organizational skills. Inside Sales Coordinator Duties include but not limited to: Support Outside Sales Representatives by managing assigned accounts, opportunities, and follow‑up activities. Prepare and process requests for quotes (RFQs) for electronic components and related products. Communicate with manufacturer partners to obtain pricing, lead times, availability, and technical support. Enter and maintain accurate sales orders, quotes, and customer data in CRM or required method. Proactively follow up on open quotes, sample requests, and customer inquiries as required. Coordinate with suppliers on order status, expedites, and delivery issues. Support new design wins and lifecycle management of components (new, active, NRND, EOL). Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, and internal sales teams. Assist with pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Resolve customer issues related to pricing, delivery, or product availability in a professional and timely manner.
