Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our energetic sales team! Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently using CRM software. Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs while upselling additional products or services. Negotiate terms of sale with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize dealership profitability. Maintain comprehensive inventory management and control to ensure availability of high-demand models and accessories. Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones. Utilize strong public speaking skills during dealership events or promotional activities to engage audiences and boost brand awareness. Support sales management by preparing reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends. Skills Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or B2B (business-to-business) transactions. Exceptional negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and phone etiquette. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Strong organizational skills for managing a busy sales pipeline, inventory control, and CRM software updates. Demonstrated ability in outbound sales, cold calling, upselling, and B2B sales strategies. Knowledge of automotive inventory management systems and dealership operations is preferred. Customer service excellence with the ability to handle complex negotiations confidently. Public speaking skills for dealership events or community outreach initiatives. Retail math proficiency for calculating discounts, payments, and profit margins accurately. Bilingual capabilities to enhance outreach efforts across diverse markets are a plus.
